We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join our HR Team, who are highly committed and motivated to provide a dedicated and efficient service to the Registered Managers, Headteachers and employees of our residential homes and schools. Your role will be vital in helping to ensure that we attract, recruit and retain the best talent in order to deliver the highest quality of care and education for our children and young people.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the HR Manager, and supporting the Recruitment Administrator based in North Wales, the Recruitment & HR Coordinator will be joining a friendly team for a fulfilling, diverse and busy role. You will use excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to provide managers with practical, solution-focused recruitment support that aligns with the organisation’s mission, vision and values.

You will ensure that recruitment methods are monitored, evaluated and provide feedback on their effectiveness and impact, using our Applicant Tracking System and HR Information System (IRIS Cascade). You will ensure that our recruitment is compliant with legislation and meets our high safer recruitment standards.

You will also be given the opportunity to participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Support and development from the HR Manager will mean that you will be confident to provide advice and guidance to managers on queries related to probation period or sickness absence management, escalating to the HR Manager as necessary.

About Stafford Hall School

Stafford Hall School caters for children and young people who have autism, severe and complex learning difficulties and who exhibit associated challenging behaviours.

The school can accommodate up to 12 children and young people from ages 11 to 19. The school is mixed gender and non-denominational.
