An Exciting New Leadership Opportunity

Due to the continued expansion and development of Stafford Hall School, we are delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Teacher in Charge – Explorers Pathway role.

This exciting middle leadership position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious SEND practitioner to play a key role in shaping and developing a growing pathway, whilst continuing to deliver outstanding teaching and learning for our pupils.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead the Explorers Pathway, driving high standards of education, supporting colleagues, and ensuring that every pupil receives the personalised support they need to achieve their full potential.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience working within SEND settings.
  • Understands the needs of pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs.
  • Is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
  • Can motivate, support and develop colleagues.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
  • Shares our commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

About Stafford Hall

Stafford Hall caters for children and young people who have autism, severe and complex learning difficulties and who exhibit associated challenging behaviours.

The school can accommodate up to 25 children and young people from ages 11 to 19. The school is mixed gender and non-denominational.
