Support Services Coordinator

Location: Llandyrnog (LL16 4LU), Denbighshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £31,431 – £34,097 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator who shares our values and is passionate about making a positive difference. This is a varied and collaborative role, supporting our Marketing, Learning & Development, and internal systems, and helping ensure our teams have the tools, training and communications they need to deliver high‑quality services.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will bring energy, organisation and care to everything you do, helping us work better together and continue to grow as a values‑led organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Help share our story and values through social media, website content and internal communications
  • Support recruitment marketing to help attract the right people who align with our values
  • Coordinate training and learning activity, supporting the development of our people
  • Maintain training records and support online learning systems
  • Provide high‑quality administrative and coordination support across Support Services
  • Build positive, professional relationships with colleagues and external partners

About You

  • Highly organised, proactive and committed to doing things well
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a supportive, busy environment
  • Holds GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Experience in Marketing, Learning & Development or health and social care is desirable.
