Director of Support Services (Statutory Director)
Location: Central Office, Highfield Park (Denbighshire, North Wales) with regular national travel
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexibility required)
Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 dependent on experience
Role: Permanent, Statutory Director
Reporting to: Managing Director
Young Foundations is an established and values-led provider of care and education services for children, young people and adults with complex needs. We are seeking an exceptional and experienced leader to join our organisation as Director of Support Services and Statutory Director.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen the infrastructure that underpins outstanding care, education and outcomes across our services.
As a member of the Board, you will contribute to the strategic, commercial and regulatory leadership of the organisation, while leading a range of support services critical to our success.
