About Amisfield House:

At Amisfield House, you’ll be part of a team making a real difference. We provide spacious, homely accommodation in Halifax for young people aged 8–17, offering a place of excellence in both care and education.

Our pupils have a range of learning difficulties, including autistic spectrum conditions and complex additional needs. Here, every child and young person is supported to discover their talents, build confidence, and prepare for happy, independent, and productive futures.

With 7 bedrooms and a warm, nurturing environment, Amisfield House is more than just a home—it’s a place where dedicated staff can help shape lives, celebrate achievements, and truly see the impact of their work.
