Young Foundations is a specialist provider of residential homes and Independent Special Schools for children and young people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions. We are looking for a Workforce Administrator to join our HR Team, who are highly committed and motivated to provide a dedicated and efficient service to the Registered Managers, Headteachers and employees of our residential homes and schools. Your role will be key in helping to ensure that we attract, recruit and retain the best talent in order to deliver the highest quality of care and education for our children and young people.

What will I be doing?

You will be joining a vibrant and friendly team, fulfilling a diverse and busy role. The expectations of your role are to: be the first point of contact for recruitment queries, assist with recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment processes, issue contracts and contract variation letters, and maintain our HRIS (Cascade).

You will ensure that our recruitment is compliant with legislation and meets our high safer recruitment standards.
