Staff have a strong understanding of each child’s individual needs. They receive regular consultation from a clinical psychologist, which further strengthens their insight and ability to respond effectively to help children. As a result, children benefit from nurturing care delivered through patient, therapeutic approaches. This consistent understanding helps children feel safe and cared for and supports the development of positive, trusting relationships with staff.
