Registered Manager – Seaham, Co. Durham

The Daltons, Seaham, Co. Durham.

Salary: Details upon application. 40 Hours per week – Full time.

The Daltons is a 6 bedded step-down service designed to support young adults (aged 16-25) with issues linked to ASD, LD and Mental Health through the key developmental stage of early adulthood.  Located in Seaham, Co. Durham the home is in a community setting and places an emphasis on community integration.  Supported by a Psychiatrist and a Clinical Psychologist the home can offer substantial clinical support to residents directly and to the team indirectly.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have significant knowledge of this client group and a proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes within the regulatory framework set by CQC.  Experience of the registered manager role is essential along with the ability to work with clinicians and other professionals to ensure that the young adults at The Daltons receive the highest quality of care and education.

You will have significant experience of young people in a similar specialist environment. It is desirable for the applicant to be NVQ /Diploma Level 5 in Care Management qualified or equivalent.
