Starting Salary: £20,000 per annum
Young Foundations is a nationally renowned, award-winning Health and Social Care provider of residential step-down services and specialist education for children and young people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health issues.
We are searching for a competent individual to join the Support Services team in our Chester City Centre office. The Support Services team are highly motivated and committed to providing efficient and effective services to the managers and employees of our residential services and schools, contributing to the delivery of the highest quality of care for our children and young people.
What will I be doing?
You will join a vibrant and friendly team, fulfilling a diverse and busy role. The ideal candidate will be extremely well organised, confident liaising with individuals internally and externally over telephone, email and face to face, have a positive attitude and the ability to respond to continually changing demands of the business.
Reporting to the Central Services Team, you will be supporting with administrative tasks in various business disciplines, including Human Resources, Business Development and Health and Safety. You will manage your workload effectively and in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of administration service is provided.
