About the role
As a Deputy Headteacher, you should be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in developing the education young people with complex needs and challenging behaviors. You should have experience in achieving high quality teaching across all diciplines, support learners so as to maximise achievement and deliver continuous improvement in the school.
You will require significant experience in a working with challenging young people.
